The service

Greater Portland Roofing passes your request to one independent roofing company covering your town. We don't install roofs, quote prices, employ crews, or promise outcomes. The referral is the entire offering.

By using the form you agree that

• The request is genuine. A real roof at a real address. False or abusive submissions get filtered and blocked.
• Your contract is with the roofer. Price, schedule, materials, warranty, and any dispute are between you and the company you hire. Greater Portland Roofing is not party to that agreement.
• The referral is free. You owe nothing for the request or the callback. Payment happens directly with the roofer you choose.

Hiring a roofer

Oregon requires roofing contractors to hold a Construction Contractors Board license and carry a bond plus insurance, and the license number must appear on their bids and advertising. Ask for the company's CCB number and check it free at ccb.state.or.us before signing. Contractors must provide a written contract on jobs over $2,000, and one is worth insisting on at any price.

Liability

We make the introduction, not the repair. Workmanship, damage, delays, and billing all belong to the company you hire.
